The company under the trade name “Hellenic Cables S.A. Holdings Société Anonyme” (hereinafter the Company) announces to the public that the corporate transformation (cross-border merger) by absorption of the Company and the company under the trade name “Corinth Pipeworks Holdings S.A.” by the Belgian company Cenergy Holdings SA was concluded on 14^th December 2016, by way of execution of the notarial deed, dated December 14, 2016, of the notary public of Brussels Belgium, Sophie Maquet.

Following the above, on December 15, 2016, the Company's shares are delisted from the Athens Stock Exchange.

The indicative timetable of principal events which was announced to the public as per the Company's announcement of December 8, 2016 is still in effect.
