REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION FOR THE DELISTING OF THE SHARES OF THE COMPANY “HERACLES GENERAL CEMENT CO” FROM THE ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE BY THE CAPITAL MARKET COMMISSION

The company “HERACLES GENERAL CEMENT CO” (hereinafter, the “Company”) announces that, the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission approved the delisting of the shares of the Company from the Athens Stock Exchange, in its meeting which took place on 16 June 2016, in accordance with article 17 para. 5 of Law 3371/2005. It is reminded that the trading of the shares of the Company had already been suspended as of 10 March 2016.
