ELLAKTOR SA hereby announces the following:

1. Mr.  Dimitrios Kallitsantsis, Vice-President of the Board of Directors (executive member) of the company ELLAKTOR SA (Liable Person under Article 13 of Law 3340/2005) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (Article 3 (p), (bb) and Article 21), in conjunction with the provision of Article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on 22.12.2016 he transferred 8,974,100 common registered shares issued by ELLAKTOR SA (transfer price EUR 1.20 per share) to the following foreign companies, controlled by him, as a result of his participation by in-kind contribution in their share capital increase, as follows:

a) transfer of 3,000,000 shares to ΟTORNALIO VENTURES LIMITED,

b) transfer of 3,000,000 shares to ERARTA VENTURES LIMITED, and

c) transfer of 2,974,100 shares to KOBASORE INVESTMENTS LIMITED.

2. The foreign company, OTORNALIO VENTURES LIMITED, (liable person pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, a person closely connected with the Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the company ELLAKTOR SA, Dimitrios Kallitsantsis), under the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (Article 3 (p), (bb) and Article 21) combined with the provision of Article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on 22/12/2016, it acquired 3,000,000 common registered shares issued by ELLAKTOR SA as a result of the participation of Dimitrios Kallitsantsis, by in-kind contribution in its share capital increase.

3. The foreign company, ERARTA VENTURES LIMITED, (liable person pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, a person closely connected with the Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the company ELLAKTOR SA, Dimitrios Kallitsantsis), under the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (Article 3 (p), (bb) and Article 21) combined with the provision of Article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on 22/12/2016, it acquired 3,000,000 common registered shares issued by ELLAKTOR SA as a result of the participation of Dimitrios Kallitsantsis, by in-kind contribution in its share capital increase.

4. The foreign company, KOBASORE INVESTMENTS LIMITED, (liable person pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, a person closely connected with the Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the company ELLAKTOR SA, Dimitrios Kallitsantsis), under the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (Article 3 (p), (bb) and Article 21) combined with the provision of Article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on 22/12.2016, it acquired 2,974,100 common registered shares issued by ELLAKTOR SA as a result of the participation of Dimitrios Kallitsantsis, by in-kind contribution in its share capital increase.

Our above transactions were announced in accordance with Article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
