Notification of change in participation percentage  

Under Article 14 of Law 3556/2007, ELLAKTOR SA discloses information received by the following liable shareholder on 23/12/2016:

Mr. Dimitrios Kallitsantsis hereby informs that there has been a change in the percentage of direct and indirect participation thereof in the share capital and in the voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA as a result of the transfer of shares owned by him and of the respective voting rights as follows:

Date of transfer on which the change in the percentage of direct and indirect participation was effected: 22/12/2016.

Number of shares and equal voting rights prior to the transfer:

a) direct participation: 8,974,100 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 5.07% and

b) indirect participation: 0 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 0% of the total voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA.

Number of shares and equal voting rights after the transfer:

a) direct participation: 0 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 0% and

b) indirect participation: 8,974,100 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 5.07% of the total voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA, which is distributed as follows to the companies controlled by him:

- Otornalio Ventures LTD, 1.695%

- Erarta Ventures LTD, 1.695%

- Κobasore Investments LTD, 1.680%.

Following the transfer, the total percentage of participation and voting rights of the person making the announcement is now indirect and is equal to 5.07% of the total voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA.

Additional information:

The announcement by Mr. Dimitrios Kallitsantsis is made due to the change in the percentage of direct and indirect participation thereof in the share capital and the voting rights in the company ELLAKTOR SA, as a result of the transfer of shares thereof, as above.
