KORRES S.A. hereby announces the acquisition of the 100% of Calderdale Trading Ltd. shares, parent company (shareholder of 100%) of Back Yard Design IKE, a strategic supplier of KORRES S.A., for the amount of 120.000 EUR (120.000¤).

Back Yard Design operates in the field of branding, corporate identity design, corporate and product communication, graphic & industrial design, merchandising unit design, store design, product packaging design, web design, corporate, product related, training and commercial video production and other related activities.

KORRES S.A. is strengthening the acquired companies with a capital increase of 2.8 million EUR to ensure uninterrupted rendering of the above specialized services in all regions of the companyΆs business development: the Greek and the European Market, the North America Market as well as the markets of Latin America within the framework of theagreement with AVON. KORRES S.A with this acquisition is accomplishing further vertical integration and securing consistent corporate and product brand image and communication globally, a key element for the companyΆs successful development. This investment will provide significant benefits from cost reduction and will enable the provision of related services to partners and customers globally.
