EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA announces the following:

1. The foreign company ORNERA HOLDINGS LTD (“obliged person” according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, which is closely associated with the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA, Mr. Anastassios Kallitsantsis) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007, in combination with article 11 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/03.07.2007, announces that following its merger (by absorption) with ARGONIO ENTERPRISES LTD and due to the transfer of its assets to the absorbing company, 50,000 common, registered, voting shares of EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA, of indicative value of Euro 33,500, are transferred to the absorbing company ARGONIO ENTERPRISES LTD. The indicative value is based on share's closing price at the effective merger date i.e. June 30^th, 2016.
2. The foreign company ARGONIO ENTERPRISES LTD (“obliged person” according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, which is closely associated with the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA, Mr. Anastassios Kallitsantsis) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007, in combination with article 11 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/03.07.2007, announces that following the absorption of ORNERA HOLDINGS LTD and due to the transfer of the absorbed company, it acquired 50,000 common, registered, voting shares of EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA, of indicative value of Euro 33,500, from the absorbed company ORNERA HOLDINGS LTD. The indicative value is based on share's closing price at the effective merger date i.e. June 30^th, 2016.

The above were notified to us pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
