Space Hellas S.A. (“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the CEO of Space Hellas S.A., Mr. Ioannis Mertzanis, son of Anastasios (person obliged to notify in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005) bought on September 14^th , 2016 according to a private agreement 38,835 common registered shares of the company with a total value of  26,796.15 euro.
