Lift of the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A. and continuation of the suspension of trading of the shares of "PC SYSTEMS S.A."

Athens, April 11^th, 2016

Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the suspension of trading placed on the shares of "PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A." is lifted, as of today April 11^th, since the reasons for suspension are no longer in effect, taking into account that the company reissued its Financial Report for the fiscal year 2015, on which the auditor's report includes opinion with matters of emphasis. As of the same date, the shares of the company will be trading in the "Under Surveillance" segment.

Additionally, upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and further to the ATHEX announcement of December 1st, 2015, the suspension of trading of the shares of "PC SYSTEMS S.A." is continued, in line with par.1, article 17, Law 3371/2005, based on HCMC's evaluation that the complete and correct disclosure of information and as a consequence the smooth operation of the market for the company's shares, is not ensured.
