AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with L.3556/2007 and L.3340/2005, in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007, M. G. CHRYSSAFIDIS S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Alexandros Makridis (Independent, non-executive member of the BoD), purchased 209 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 1,323.15 on 25/2/2016.
