Report on payments to governments – pursuant to article 6 of Law 3556/2007

MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A., as the parent company of the Group of the same name, has a stake in a subsidiary active in the extractive industry. The present report is a consolidated report on payments to governments, pursuant to article 44 of Directive 2013/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26/6/2013, drawn up in accordance with the provisions of article 43 of the said Directive.

For the financial year ended on 31/12/2015, on a consolidated basis, no payments to governments over EUR 100 000 have been made, either as a single payment or as a series of related payments, as per the stipulations of article 43 par. 1 of Directive 2013/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26/6/2013.
