AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with L. 3556/2007 and L.3340/2005, in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007, Mrs Stella Dimaraki, Treasury & Investor Relations Manager (person obliged to disclose transactions pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) sold 2,700 common registered shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 22,950 on 9/5/2016.
