 Purchase of own shares

In effect of the article 4, paragraph 4 of the 2273/2003 Regulation of the European Commission, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces that according to article 16, Law 2190/1920, and based on the resolution of the Shareholder's Extraordinary General Meeting dated June 09 2016, during the trading session of June 13 2016, acquired 4,962 own shares through "INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A." at the price of 9.06 euro per share worth of 44,938.45 euro.
