Change of Legal Seat

The Board of Directors of OPAP S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by virtue of the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company held on 21.06.2016 and the relevant Announcement of Registration at the General Companies Register (G.E.MI.) of the Ministry of Finance, Development and Tourism with protocol number 462346/07.07.2016, the Company's legal seat has changed from the Municipality of Peristeri, Attica to the Municipality of Athens. The new address of the Company's headquarters according to the Company's Board of Directors Decision held on 23.06.2016 is situated at 112 Athinon Avenue, GR10442 Athens – GREECE.
