NOTICE OF DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTION

According to art. 13 of Law. 3340/2005 and no. 6 no. 3/347/2005 Decision of the Capital Market Commission's Board of Directors, the company AUTOHELLAS A.T.E.E. (The Company) announces, following information received on 17.05.2016 by Messrs. Theodore Vassilakis, Emmanouela Vassilaki, Eftychios Vassilakis, Giorgos Vassilakis and company SERRA HOLDINGS Limited, related party under Art. 6 of no. 3/347/2005 Decision of the Capital Market Commission's Board of Directors with Mr. Theodore Vassilakis, that following the completion of the merger by absorption by the Company of the companies' VELMAR CAR AND GREEK DELEGATIONS ANONYMOUS COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY and TECHNOKAR SA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY each of the above acquired on 17/05/2016:

- Mr. Theodore Vassilakis, 32.288 shares, with the corresponding voting rights of those, of total value € 358.396,80.

- Ms. Emmanouela Vassilaki, 3.084 shares, with the corresponding voting rights of those, of total value € 34.232,40.

- Mr. Eftychios Vassilakis, 3.024 shares, with the corresponding voting rights of those, of total value € 33.566,40.

- Mr. Giorgos Vassilakis, 3.024 shares, with the corresponding voting rights of those, of total value € 33.566,40, and

- The Company SERRA HOLDINGS Limited, 14.829 shares, with the corresponding voting rights of those, of total value € 164.601,90.
