Announcement of Regulated Information according to Law 3556/2007: Transactions notification

In accordance with Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Attica Bank S.A. announces -under the "obligation of transactions notification"  (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission) -  that on 18/01/2016 Mr. Ioannis Ioannidis, General Manager of the Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking Division of the Bank acquired 20,000 common shares of Attica Bank S.A., of a total value of  EUR 3,501.53.
