REDISTRIBUTION OF POWERS AND ATTRIBUTES

EYDAP S.A., within the frame of equivalent information, announces that on Tuesday, 19^th of January, the BoD will convene in order to be formed into body. Moreover, in the context of restructuring the organizational structure of the Company, as announced during the General Meeting, at the same BoD convention, there will be put for approval, the undertaking of the executive powers which were entrusted to the Chairman of the Company Mr. Konstantinos Papadopoulos, by the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ioannis Benisis. The Chairman will retain the responsibilities defined in the Articles of Association of the Company for the Chairman of the Board.
