The Company MINOAN LINES S.A. (the «Company» hereinafter) announces the following:

On February 02nd, 2017 a notification regarding change in participation percentage and voting rights was made known to our company, according to which the company “GRIMALDI GROUP SpA” (previously known as “GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI NAVIGAZIONE S.p.A.”) after the exercise of call option  participates in company's share capital with the total percentage of 95.90%.

It should be noted that the participation percentage of the main shareholder is 95.90% (102.592.822 shares) and is analyzed as follows:  a) the percentage of 89.94% with voting right constitutes direct participation of the “GRIMALDI GROUP SpA” b) the percentage of 4.06% with voting rights constitutes indirect participation of 100% subsidiary company, Grimaldi Euromed  (previously known as “Atlantica SpA Di Navigazione”) and c) the percentage of 1.90% with voting rights constitutes indirect participation of 100% subsidiary company, Grimaldi Deep Sea SpA.

The abovementioned change took place on February 1st, 2017.
