(“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the Νοn-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Space Hellas S.A., Mr. Georgios Lagogiannis, son of Panagiotis (person obliged to notify in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005) bought according to a private agreement 16.666 common registered shares of the company with a total value of € 16.666 on February 23, 2016.
