PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 10^th August 2016, the Company purchased through Alpha Finance, 7.620 common own shares, against an average purchase price per share of euro 20.90 and a total purchase price of Euro 159,258.00, in implementation of the decision dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17^th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 1 of Law 2190/1920.
