Time extension of the existing contract

EYDAP S.A. hereby informs the investment community that the Company came to an agreement with the Greek State to extend the existing bilateral Contract of its exclusive right to provide water supply and sewerage services in the geographical area of its competence, until December 31^st, 2020. The aforementioned agreement was ratified at the Company's' BoD meeting on Wednesday, April 22^nd 2020.
