In reference to a recent article of Kathimerini Newspaper, Autohellas SA would like to inform the public that the company has not signed any preliminary agreement with P&R DAVARI group.

A relevant preliminary agreement has been signed with a non-listed company controlled by the Vassilakis Family.

In any case, if Autohellas SA becomes involved in the future with the aforementioned group, it will proceed with a timely announcement informing the public through the relevant procedures.
