Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission  and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that  Mrs. Ν. Kalesi, Responsible of Shareholders Services Department, sold on 24^th November 2016, 600 common shares of a total value of euro 13,080.00.
