ANNOUNCEMENT OF HOME MEMBER STATE

Public Power Corporation S.A. announces, in accordance with Article 3, paragraph 1, point (h), indent (d) of L.3556 / 2007 "Transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers  whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market" , as applicable, that the Member State of origin is Greece.
