PPCS.A.announces that the Board of Directors, during its meeting held today, has appointed as members of the Audit Committee of the Company, Messrs :

2. Panagiotis Alexakis

3. Christos Papageorgiou

Their appointment shall be approved by the next General Meeting of the Company.
