The Figures and Information together with the Yearly Financial Report of the fiscal year 2015 will be available on the Company site www.moh.gr (Investor Relations / Financial Information / Full Year Financial Reports) as well as on the HELEX site www.helex.gr after the close of the business on Friday March 11^th, 2016.

Publication in the press of the Figures and Information of the fiscal year 2015: Wednesday March 16^th, 2016.

Teleconference: Tuesday March 15^th, 2016 at 17:30 hrs local time (UK: 15:30,EASTERN US: 10:30)

Annual briefing to analysts: Wednesday March 23^rd, 2016 

Annual Ordinary General Meeting: Wednesday June 8^th, 2016

Year 2015 ex-dividend date: Monday June 27^th, 2016 (that is, after June 17^th, 2016 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´ s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP index, in which it is included).

Shareholders entitled to the year 2015 dividend: Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T) dated Tuesday June 28^th, 2016 (record date).

First day of payment of the year 2015 dividend: Monday July 4^th, 2016.
