The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that on January 17^th2017 Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Group, acquired, in the context of the Company's stock option plan, 10,000 shares of total value 20,000 euros.
