PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on  the 25th July 2016, the Company purchased, through Pantelakis Securities S.A., 6,932 common own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 19.60  and a total purchase price of Euro 135,847.07, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17^th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 1 of Law 2190/1920.
