In compliance with Regulation No 2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, the Company discloses that in implementing the decision as of 07.06.2016 of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting and the decision as of 28.06.2016 of the Board of Directors, on the date mentioned hereafter proceeded with the purchases of own shares through the securities company EUROBANK EQUITIES S.A. as follow:

On 21/12/2016, 162 shares of average acquisition cost 13.18 euro (It holds a total of 481 treasury shares or a percentage at the rate of 0,115%  out of total shares and voting rights of the company).
