Please be advised that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company Petros Petropoulos S.A., which was held on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 12:00 pm at the Company's offices decided the distribution of a dividend of EUR 0.10.

This amount will be increased by the dividend corresponding to 67,786 own shares held by the Company, i.e. by €0.000968 per share and thus the total amount of the dividend will be € 0.100968   per share.  After withholding tax at a rate of 10% the net payable dividend amounts to €0.090871 per share.

The ex-date is on Wednesday 30 November 2016.

Recipients of the dividend (Record Date) are the holders of shares of the Company at the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session of 1 December 2016.

The dividend payout will start on 7 December 2016 from the National Bank of Greece. Shareholders who have provided the appropriate authorization to their Operators (brokerage firms and banks) will receive the dividend through their Operators. The Operators will be addressed to the National Bank of Greece (Subdivision of Private Investors and Brokerage Operations Trust, 6 Karagiorgi Servias Street, Athens (Tel. +30 210 3340608).

Shareholders who have not provided or have withdrawn the relevant authorisation to their Operators may collect it in person or through their legally authorised representatives from all branches of the National Bank of Greece by presenting their ID Card and submitting the Investor Share Code Number to the Dematerialised Securities System (DSS).
