MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 par. 1 (p) and 21) in combination with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse that Mr. Evangelos Chrisafis, person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, sold, on January 12th, 2017, 13,546 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 84,994.58. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
