S.A. hereby announces, in accordance with L. 3556/2007 and article 11 of the Decision No. 1/434/3.07.2007 issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Spyridon Ntakas, Head of Financial Services of the Company (an Insider according to article 13 of L. 3340/2005), proceeded on July 14, 2016, to the sale of 5,600 common registered shares of the Company, with a total net value of 8,008.00 euro.
