OPAP SA, pursuant to Law 3340/2005 and resolution 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that the Company's Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Michele Fusella as Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Ian Catchick as Chief Product Officer and Mr. Vaios Karantinos as Chief Operating Officer - Gaming Halls, all effective as of 01.09.2016.
