Financial Calendar 2020

According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.3.15.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company ELLAKTOR S.A. (the “Company”), announces to the Investment community the 2020 financial calendar, as follows:

1.    The Company's Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, June 26^th, 2020.

2.    The FY 2019 Financial Statements of the Company (as well as the Consolidated Financial Statements) will be released to the Athens Exchange on Thursday, April 30^th, 2020, and the Annual Financial Report will be published on the Company's website on the same day, after the closing of trading session of ATHEX.

3.    The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2019 results will take place on Monday, May 4^th 2020, Via teleconference.

4.    The Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2019.
