Transactions Notification

OPAP S.A., pursuant to Law 3340/2005, Law 3556/2007, Capital Market Commission's decision No. 3/347/12.07.2005 and Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification" the liable persons Mr. Pavel Horak, B' Vice-Chairman, Non-Executive BoD Member, Mr. Michal Houst, Executive BoD member & CFO and Mr. Pavel Saroch Non-Executive BoD Member informed the company that on 09.12.2016 Emma Delta Hellenic Holdings Limited, legal entity closely associated with the aforementioned directors, proceeded to the pledge of 105,270,000 OPAP's ordinary shares as a security, for the issuance of a syndicated loan amounting to euro 321,000,000.
