FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INSTITUTIONAL LLC, informed the Company in writing on 09.02.2016 that, because of a triggering transaction on 08.02.2016 it indirectly holds 5.16% of the common registered, with a voting right, shares of the Company, from less than 5.00% before the transaction.

FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INSTITUTIONAL LLC acts in the capacity of discretionary investment manager and has the authority to exercise the abovementioned voting rights held by the funds and managed accounts.
