ELLAKTORS.A.discloses the following:

1. The foreign company LENAM ENTERPRISES LTD, (obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 closely related to the Chairman of ΕLLAKTOR SA, Mr. Anastassios Kallitsantsis), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 combined with article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that following its merger (by absorption) with ARGONIO ENTERPRISES LTD and due to the transfer of its assets to the absorbing company, 3,000,000 common registered, voting shares of ΕLLAKTOR SA, are transferred to the absorbing foreign company, ARGONIO ENTERPRISES LTD .

2. The foreign company ARGONIO ENTERPRISES LTD (obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 closely related to the Chairman of ΕLLAKTOR SA, Mr. Anastassios Kallitsantsis), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 combined with article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that following its merger (by absorption) with LENAM ENTERPRISES LTD and due to the transfer of the assets of the absorbed company, it acquired 3,000,000 common registered, voting shares of ΕLLAKTOR SA by the absorbed  company, LENAM ENTERPRISES LTD.
