NIREUS AQUACULTURE S.A  informs the investing public that, after the increase of the company's share capital by the acquisition of SEAFARM IONIAN S.A. which amounts 9.474.743,20 € over the absorbing company, dated 12.22.2015,  fractional shares of 2.121 shares have emerged.

The eligible shareholders holding fractional rights from the above-mentioned increase will receive the amount of the sale 2.121 shares, in the proportion of each one.

The Company announces that after the six-month period (24.09.2016) from introducing new shares, when also expires the deadline that gives to the shareholders the right to gain fractional shares in order to form units, it will proceed to the sale of these fractional shares and the return of the rational amount to shareholders.

The fractions will be sold according to the article 53 of L.3371 / 2005 and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 13/375 / 17.03.2006.

NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA will follow the liquidation process as defined by the Law. The company will address a petition to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision for the authorization of the sale, which will include the fixing of the shares sale, the appointment of an Athens Exchange Member for its administration and the starting date of the process. The shares will be sold through the Athens Exchange and the amount of the sale will be deposited to the Deposits and Loans Fund, where will be available to the beneficiaries.
