In the context of the obligations of the Company under the provisions of Law. 3340/2005 and no. 3/347 / 12.07.2005 decision of the Board of Directors of the SEC, the Board of Directors of the Company announces that, after the replacement of Mr. Alexis Karamalis, Mr. Zacharias Vitzilaios is appointed as Head of Corporate Communications, Investor Relations Officer and as responsible for communication and correspondence with the SEC, the Stock Exchange and other SEC bodies.
