LOULIS MILLS S.A. announces that according to articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, and in the context of providing accurate and timely information to investors, its Financial Calendar for the year 2016 is the following:

1. Announcement of Financial Results of the fiscal year 2015 (Figures & Information 1/1-31/12/2015 and Annual Report 1/1/-31/12/2015): Thursday 31 March 2016. The financial reports will be available in the ASE website (www.helex.gr) and the Company's website (www.loulismills.gr).
2. Annual General Assembly of the Shareholders: Thursday 23 June 2016.

The Board of Directors will propose to the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute dividends for the year 2015.

Should the Company decide to alter the above dates and / or to distribute dividend based on a decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, will promptly inform the investment community at a later date.
