Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission  and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that  Mrs. Ν. Kalesi, Responsible of Shareholders Services Department, sold on 15^th December 2016, 700 common shares of a total value of euro 14,840.60.
