PURCHASE  OF  OWN  SHARES

TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on  August 26, 2016, the Company purchased through Alpha Finance, 390 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 12.16  and a total purchase price of Euro 4,742.40 in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17^th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 1 of Law 2190/1920.
