 Announcement of regulated information according to the L.3556

 The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions' notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD), that the company LENIDI S.A., legal entity related to Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, executive member of the Company's BoD, proceeded on September 14^th 2016 to the purchase of 5,100 common shares in total at the average price of 9.43 euros of total value 48,117 euros.
