Formation in a body of BoD of PPC S.A.                                                      

PPC S.A announces that, after the election of Messrs George Andriotis, Christos Papageorgiou, Vassilis Hatziathanasiou, Lazaros Stathakis and Kyriakos Maggos, as Members of the BoD of PPC S.A., by the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting convened on July 11th, 2016 as continued from June 30th, 2016, the BoD as its meeting held on July 14, 2016, was formed in a body as follows:

•             Emmanuel Panagiotakis, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Member. Term of Office until 07.04.2018.

•             Georgios Andriotis, Civil Engineer, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, Independent – Non-Executive Member. Term of Office until 10.07.2016.

•             Panagiotis Alexakis, Economist/ Professor in theUniversityofAthens, Independent-Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 17.12.2018.

•             Aris Vatalis, Technician, employee of PPCS.A., Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 17.12.2018

•             Pantelis Karalafteris, employee of PPCS.A., Employees' Representative, Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 05.06.2019.

•             Kyriakos Maggos, Mechanical Engineer, employee of PPCS.A., Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 10.07.2019.

•             Christos Papageorgiou, Mining and Metallurgical Engineer, Independent – Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 10.07.2019

•             Lazaros Stathakis, Chemical Engineer, Executive Member. Term of office until 10.07.2019.

•             Nikolaos Fotopoulos, employee of PPCS.A., Employees' Representative, Non- Executive Member. Term of Office until 05.06.2019.

•             Vassilis Hatziathanasiou, Electrical - Mechanical Engineer, Associate Professor ofAristotleUniversityofThessaloniki, Independent - Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 10.07.2019.
