GR. SARANTIS S.A. as part of its obligations, to inform the investor community, and in accordance with the paragraphs 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1., of the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, announces its Financial Calendar for 2016:

March 16^th 2016:          Conference call regarding FY 15 financial results.

March 16^th 2016:          Analysts annual briefing at the Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association.

April 15^th 2016:             Annual General Shareholders Meeting.

April 20^th 2016:             Ex-dividend date

April 21^th 2016:             Dividend Beneficiaries-Record date

April 27^th 2016:             Dividend payment

The fiscal year 2015 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.
