Following the announcement dated 26/5/2016 about the payment of dividend for the year 2015, the company «TERNA ENERGY S.A.» informs the Investors that a 10% tax withholding shall be effected on the amount of the dividend of Euros 0,093519 per share, in accordance with the provisions of article 44 par. 4 of Law 4389/2016 and the net payable dividend per share amounts to Euros 0,084167.
