The Issuer Support Division of ATHEX today announces the updated table of changes in share capital participation of shareholders of listed companies on ATHEX, as it is formed until 23/12/2016.

The data included in the table are derived from disclosures of listed companies regarding information received from their shareholders, as either to the purchase, or the sale, or the exercise of significant percentages of voting rights, according to Law 3556/2007, as in force, to article 4.1.3.7. of the ATHEX Rulebook, as well as, to the formal guidelines provided by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, regarding such disclosures. It is noted that the table contains share capital participation ? regarding voting rights - in percentage form for participation equal to or more than 5%.

The listed companies and the concerned shareholders are solely responsible for the accuracy of the disclosed information.

Moreover, in order for the investing public to have a complete picture, the aforementioned table also includes all changes in share capital participation of shareholders, from the beginning of the concerned month.
