With reference to its previous announcement dated November 9^th, 2016, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby informs that the acquisition by its wholly owned subsidiary CORAL A.E. of 100% of the shares issued by LUKOIL CYPRUS LIMITED owned by LUKOIL EUROPE HOLDINGS B.V. (registered address Amsterdam, Netherlands), which was the Seller, was completed on January 3^rd, 2017.

LUKOIL CYPRUS LIMITED is operating a network of retail service stations inCypruscomprising of 31 sites.
