The company “Thrace Plastics SA” (or for abbreviation purposes “the Company”) announces that in the context of the Group's restructuring and mainly for operating purposes, it decided to terminate the operation and liquidate the fully owned (100%) subsidiary “MarzenaLtd” which is based in Nicosia, Cyprus, and has a share capital of € 66,000.

It is noted that the liquidation of the above company will not significantly affect the financial results (such as the turnover, employed personnel, equity and profitability) of the Company and the Group.
