MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that EUROLIFE ERB Life Insurance S.A. bought on September 21st 2016, 34,291 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 130,280.80. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.

The notification is disclosed because Mr. Wade Burton is a Non-Εxecutive Member of the EUROLIFE ERB Life Insurance S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a Non-Executive Member of the MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. Board of Directors.
