Annual General Shareholders Meeting: Wednesday, 11 May 2016

Ex-dividend date: Thursday, 12 May 2016

Dividend beneficiaries – Record date: Friday, 13 May 2016

(The shares will trade ex-dividend prior to May 20th, 2016 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP in which the company shares participate)

Dividend payment: Wednesday, 18 May 2016
